It is owned and operated by Paul Marcone, who has 39 years of management experience in the public and private sector, including more than 10 years as a chief of staff on Capitol Hill.

Ox Hill Leadership Tours provides leadership and management training in the unique setting of Civil War battlefields such as Gettysburg, Antietam and Manassas.  Ox Hill Leadership Tours utilizes the same field training provided to America's top intelligence and homeland security officials.   Ox Hill's trained professionals also provide part-day, full-day and multi-day interactive, customized classroom presentations on "leadership under fire."
