In many instances it's not feasible or possible to bring your team to a place like Gettysburg for a leadership seminar.

Ox Hill Leadership Tours has developed the Gettysburg Leadership Workshop, an interactive, classroom leadership workshop that can be held anywhere.

The workshop features PowerPoint, video clips, roleplaying exercises, leadership skits, self-improvement planning, organizational assessments and small group discussions. 

One of the strengths of the workshop is the ability of participants to work with each other in small groups to discuss and find solutions to real-life leadership challenges -- using the leadership lessons from the Battle of Gettysburg as a starting point. These discussions cover a wide range of topics, including how to deal with a difficult subordinate or boss, how to align your team members with their strengths, how to motivate and inspire employees, learning to communicate more effectively and understanding how to take calculated risks.

The Gettysburg Leadership Workshop can be tailored to the needs of your organization and the make-up of the participants.  The workshop can be as short as one-hour or as long as two days.  Ox Hill will work with you to craft a workshop that meets your needs, addresses your challenges and fits your budget.
